CRS is becoming an integral part of how we operate, and we are including sustainability considerations at the heart of our most important business and financial processes.

Governance

We have developed a Governance structure which ensures CRS is embedded into our everday decision-making processes.

  • Our CRS Board of Directors Committee reviews the CRS performance of our company and guides future direction.
  • Our Global CRS Advisory Council reviews our progress and sets priorities and policies.
  • Workstream Groups and Steering Committees in North America and Europe drive progress in each of our five strategic focus areas. These are cross-functional teams of experts who provide leadership and direction and also share learnings and best practices. These report to the Global CRS Advisory Council.
  • CRS Champions are designated in each of our 431 facilities to help to execute CRS initiatives at the local level.

We are working to establish councils similar to the Global CRS Advisory Coucil for our business units in Europe and North America. More information about CRS Governance can be found in our 2008 CRS Report.

Our CRS policies are also influenced by the global policies set by The Coca-Cola Company, with whom we work closely to ensure system alignment and collaboration on CRS initiatives.
